Donations are accepted by check, money order, or online/credit card. Otter's family and friends donate their time and efforts to benefit this foundation in his memory, therefore there are no administrative fees.
About Us
The HN Charles "Otter" Sare Foundation believes in helping others achieve their educational aspirations. The foundation provides yearly scholarships to students attending Hemet High School, Hemet, CA, and students attending or planning to attend Utah State University in an effort to pursue a higher education following graduation from high school.
